I include in my fee a one page Feedback Report (typed examples in the top row, below) for you to judge precisely who in your team has gained what from our time together. I find this out by asking them to fill in a form before I leave the room. (You can see a sample of what people have written in the other photos, below.)
I don’t simply want to know whether they’ve enjoyed it — I want to know what they feel they have learnt from it, and what they will take away back to their workplace. I then turn this into the one page document, to help you justify your business expense to your own line manager, Board or Chief Executive.
